When we started out there was not so much readily available material - now there is possibly too much. Either way you have to educate yourself and make decisions as to what will work for you and your lifestyle. In the beginning after a few rounds of books and seminars we still felt that we did not really understand the details. We then came across a personal one-on-one day coaching with a very successful property person. This was the best money we ever spent. By the time the day came to a close we really felt that we could do this. Since then we have never looked back. We found that as we went along, more people were coming to us for a similar helping hand. It was great to be able to help others in the same way. I am quite sure that without that day we would not have been able to do what we now have - well certainly not as quickly or easily.
