Who we are:

Steve Wallman - background, own small landscaping business, running public house, new home sales and other stuff. Now Qualified building supervisor.

Carol Hedges - background, mainly IT based, now Project Manager.

What we do:

We are building wealth through varying property strategies.

Our journey accidently started back in 2002 when we bought a property to renovate for our own family. We enjoyed this so much and saw the property value increase and decided to find out how to do more.

You can now gain from our experience. We have spent countless hours and lots of money on education and research. Even then most of our serious learning came from just doing and making mistakes along the way. We know now that nothing can stop us and we are in control of our own destiny. better still we work for ourselves and have the choice over what we do and when we do it.
